Hi! We are Vincent and RaSharon. We established Kre8tive Investments, LLC in 2020 in the midst of the pandemic. During that time, we rehabbed a house and brought it into tiptop shape for the short term rental market. In less than one year, we earned and continue to maintain their Superhost status with Airbnb. During 2021, we were booked 75% of the year.
Though the short term rental business is relatively new to us, we are no strangers to the work involved in running this successful business. Vincent has over 20 years experience in maintenance and RaSharon has over 20 years experience with managing rental property.
